Amazing store with great staff and fabulous options on display. The best part is the depth to which the team explains you the options and possibilities. Rajan (the founder) is truly learned and knows what he is doing. You rarely come across such subject matter experts. Respect The support staff- Rana, Swati, Devyani (and I am missing the guy name who designs 3D) are all really good at their stuff; even the office boy is courteous and helpful. I must have visited the store some 20 times in the process of designing my new house. I must say that the store is full of positive energy. Having evaluated all brands and their offerings like Pepperfry, Homelane, Livspace etc. I zeroed in on the team of highly enthusiastic and customer delight oriented team Irex Koncept. At first, I was still skeptical but then as I got to understand their know how, down to earth approach and Value for Money offering, their was no looking back. I have been very choosy about finish and quality having finalized other best brands like Fenesta for UPVC etc. my decision to select Irex Koncept was worth it. Would highly recommend the brand and the superly customer oriented team, be it the site measurement guy, the designers, the project lead, Mr. Abhay and all other members. I did do a mistake though of not selecting Irex Koncept for my wardrobes and chose a local carpenter instead. My experience is if you are mindful about finishes, just don’t go for a local carpenter instead go for a reliable & professional team like Irex Koncept

We have got our kitchen made and installed from Irex Koncept 1. Our kitchen size is 400 Sqft 2. Time taken by Irex Koncept is half of the estimated time given by other vendors 3. Cost is at least 30% lower than the other kitchen vendors, if we compare the specs 4. There is no compromise in the Hardware used by Irex Koncept. All hardware used is branded like hettich etc. Their services and quality is highly committed. What is discussed is what is delivered. They can surely give the better quotation as per the specs required. Excellent service and highly recommended..
